Suzette is an untrained artist, and many would classify her drawings as "Primitive" or "Outsider" art. I have watched her artistic abilities develop over the last 40 years, and I believe her hard-won mastery of perspective and gentle control of color, light and depth, and her choice of subject have enabled her to illustrate the bright, whimsical scenes which depict the many far-off worlds she envisions. Those of us who do not share this "vision", must realize that we are the handicapped.
